The
texture of the brownie is somewhere between cake and biscuit, and it has both
the sweetness of creamy fudge and the fluffiness of cake. The handmade brownie
in the museum uses cocoa beans grown locally in Pingtung as the protagonist,
plus salt cream, vegetable oil, a little sugar, espresso, vanilla seeds, 82%
pure dark chocolate, walnuts, flour, eggs, becoming an excellent afternoon
snack~
